Reiki Tummo 3a (Pre Retreat Activity)
Reiki Tummo 3a is offered for those alumni who need this last workshop to complete prerequisites to attend Spiritual Retreat. It is not a whole day workshop, so participant may wish to repeat this workshop next time it is offered in their area. For new participants.
This workshop is an abbreviated workshop
intended for those who need to meet
the requirement of RT3a (attunement) so
they can attend Inner Heart and Spiritual Retreat.
However, we welcome others to repeat
the workshop at repeat fee of $25.

Level 3A (Personal Mastery):
During Level 3A, the previous attunements are enhanced, and the throat, navel, sacral and base chakras are opened. The kundalini fire reaches at least to the heart chakra. The Shing Chi (8th chakra) attunement is given as a bonus.

Prerequisite: Reiki Tummo Level 2, and pass the evaluation test. There is a minimum 21-day waiting period between receiving Level 2 and Level 3A.  

Inner Heart
Inner Heart is offered the day before the Spiritual Retreat and is a prerequisite for Spiritual Retreat.

During Inner Heart Workshop you have opportunity to understanding the heart versus the mind; understanding inner heart; Learn to activating and energizing inner heart. Learn to let the inner heart to be the director of your life to be closer to Creator.

#1 You are eligible to attend Inner Heart workshop, but not Spiritual Retreat if you have completed  
only Reiki Tummo 1 and 2 workshops,
and have done Open Heart Prayer 10x in a practice group with senior alumni or on line in the chat room;
or Open Heart Prayer 5x in a practice group with senior alumni or on line in chat room plus on your own 10x

#2 If you have completed Reiki Tummo 1, 2, and 3a but not Meditation and Kundalini, you are eligible to attend Inner Heart, but not Spiritual Retreat, if you have done:

Same requirements as #1 above
or Open Heart Prayer 20x on your own.

Spiritual Retreat
Advanced Tummo techniques and deeper spiritual understandings are given during Spiritual Retreat to enrich your spiritual practices and prepare you to expand your consciousness towards higher levels. This is a wonderful way to access the blissful freedom of your inner self.
If you are taking the Spiritual Retreat for the first time, you are eligible for and it is suggested that you take the following four (4) workshops, all taught by Irmansayah Effendi:

2 Spiritual Retreat
The following 2 workshops are offered during the first evening of Spiritual Retreat and are additional fees:
3 Master Yoga Preparation
4 Master Yoga 1-1/1-2

Prerequisites: Reiki Tummo Levels 1, 2, 3A, Meditation and Kundalini and Inner Heart.

Mastering Reiki Tummo
Mastering Reiki Tummo workshop is an advanced step towards understanding the core lessons in all levels of Reiki Tummo. During this workshop, one will learn how to adapt the appropriate attitude of all spiritual lessons. This workshop will enhance every aspect of daily life and improve your practices to the highest level yet. Enjoying the deepest peace, calmness and joy while strengthening your heart and raising your awareness and conscious levels, this workshop will have a powerful impact on all who attend.

Prerequisite: Attended Spiritual Retreat 2X, have prayed Open Heart Prayer a minimum of 15 times on the internet prayer times prior to workshop attendance or in group with senior alumni.

Open Heart Workshop 3
Learning how to be within your heart; learning a deeper reliance on True Source and the Love.

Prerequisites: Open Heart Workshop 1 and 2; or True Self Retreat and Open Heart Workshop 2.

Open Heart Workshop 4
Being in the Love within your heart; letting the blessing cleanse and heal you physically and non-physically

Prerequisites: Open Heart Workshop 3

Master Yoga (Levels 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 1-4)   (See Master Yoga 1-5 below)
This is a long-term program designed for serious spiritual practitioners. It aims to complete the kundalini process and help reach self-realization. All major chakras bloom into full lotus form and the kundalini essence unites with the crown chakra.

Prerequisites: Spiritual Retreat

Master Yoga 1-5 (See Master Yoga 1-5 below for further information)
All the lessons in the Master Yoga program have completely different technical aims, but only one purpose: to help you love the Divine Source. Only after you are able to love the Divine Source completely will you be able to embrace the Love of the Divine Source and let the Love of the Divine Source work on you completely. When the mightiest power, the Love of the Divine Source works on you completely, this love will do whatever needs to be done to you to bring you back to the Divine Source. This is the time when you can attain the ultimate goal of life, to return to the Divine Source.

Prerequisites: Master Yoga 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 1-4, True Self Retreat, Mastering Reiki Tummo, Apply and be accepted.
