FOR THOSE FLYING:
Those coming by air would fly into Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) in Western North Carolina. Taxis and rental cars are available at the airport.

The airport that is closest to Ramada-Biltmore West facility is the Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) in Western North Carolina. 

Coming from another US city, you can fly to Asheville Regional Airport usually with one connection in either:

Newark, New Jersey
Atlanta, Georgia
Cincinnati, Ohio
Charlotte, North Carolina
Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina
Houston, Texas
Johnson City, Tennessee 

It is also possible to fly into Johnson City, Tn or Greenville/Spartanburg, SC but you would be responsible for your transportation from the airport to the conference center/motel via rental car. It is a 2 hour drive from those airports.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS
As a courtesy, transportation will be provided to and from airport for international alumni only. International Alumni, please fill out the Transportation Request Form below . We need this information so we can begin to make arrangements ASAP to pick you up at the airport. (With 200+ Alumni traveling to this Retreat we will only be able to pick up INTERNATIONAL travelers at the airport and take them to the airport when they depart.)
